Prompt: A surrealist digital artwork in black and white shows an extreme close-up of a hyperrealistic human eye positioned in the center of the frame. The eye features intricate iris patterns, defined individual eyelashes, and realistic skin texture with visible pores. Black liquid flows and drips downward from the eye in multiple parallel streams, creating stark contrast against a light-colored gradient background. The liquid forms various-sized spherical droplets and irregular splatter patterns that extend toward the bottom of the frame, while maintaining the anatomical accuracy of the eye structure. High-contrast black and white macro photography with sharp focus on the central subject.
